Every language can be used for live interpretation, but you'll notice differences in speed and quality, especially in Experimental languages. We're constantly testing new languages to add to the library, and can work with you to prioritize your most important ones.
Yes. All conversations are always between you and your client (or clients). We don't maintain a record of what was said or recorded, and have verified each vendor we depend on for the same.
